This springs from Job 42 v 4-6, "You said. 'Listen now, and I will
speak ; I will question you, and you shall answer me.' my ears had heard
of you but my eyes have now seen you. Therefore I despise myself and repent
in dust and ashes". The track says that often we speak to God but
do not take the time to listen to Him. It can often come as a real shock
when we quieten our mouths and allow God to speak. It can be a really
humbling experience to be in that place where we give God room to move
and speak. We sometimes think we have God pinned down and we know everything
about Him; but He is the eternal creator and Lord of all so do not try
to box Him in and pin Him down because He is much bigger than we could
ever imagine.
